We hired Lucy for a bespoke wedding planning package of on-the-day coordination and help with sourcing of the final few items and suppliers. Lucy’s help was invaluable! She was so proactive, responsive and easy to work with. She listened to our ideas and helped develop them into a fantastic day. She took over all communication with our suppliers which lifted so much stress. On the day itself she was brilliant, we had relatively limited interaction with her as she was on hand to deal with all issues and smooth running without bothering us. We knew anything would be dealt with without us having to worry. Lucy was simply amazing and we couldn’t recommend her more. If nothing else having her there on the day made us enjoy and relax into the day more than we otherwise would have.

After 3 failed dates (due to the pandemic) we finally got married in August 2021. We wanted something special and something that reflected our love of good friends, good music and good food, so we had decided on a festival style wedding with lots of guest (170), DJ's, buskers, sax players and 5-piece band, and food trucks. This was all to take place at a venue that hadn't ever held a wedding before, using different companies supplying everything from the marquee to the stage to the lightening etc. I am hoping that this setting the scene for so many things which could have gone wrong, However because of the amazing Lucy Sanger as our wedding coordinator not only did everything go smoothly, it was truly amazing, just the best day ever. Her organisation skills, her ability to get even the most difficult contractor on side, her ability to read and pre-empt issues and find innovative solutions meant that not only did it run like clockwork but we were unbothered and left to enjoy the day without worrying. We could not recommend Lucy more highly

I have worked with Lucy for over 7 years both at her previous company & now current business. Lucy is extremely professional & has an excellent eye for exactly how the event should be created! With the forever changing wedding rules due to COVID, Lucy has been a source of great help and support. She has been so amazing liasing with vendors and suppliers when we have had to move date (twice) which has greatly taken some of the stress out of this situation for me!!
have worked with Lucy across several major events now and she has completely blown me away with her vast skill set, communication, initiative - and incredible ability to adapt her skills when COVID hit and everything moved online.
We hosted a large London (real life!) party with over 150 guests. Lucy liaised with our catering; the DJ; all the raffle contributors and the photo booth company and more....and most importantly she was there on the night as a calm, completely in control and reassuring presence. This meant we could fully focus on delivering the best experience for our guests with the knowledge that everything was under control and Lucy had it all in hand.

Lucy's cheerful, proactive approach meant she became invaluable as we hosted an online event too. Her ability to communicate on our behalf, completely understanding our needs and high level care we offer to all our guests meant that again, we could absolutely relax and concentrate on creating the best possible experience for them, knowing that Lucy as our point of contact would keep everyone happy. Her organisation despite many new tech challenges with the move online was absolutely brilliant. It made hosting our first large event with multiple speakers and sponsors a true joy to create.
Lucy's skills as Operations Manager for my online business, providing emotional and wellbeing support for hundreds of people in my field has elevated what I can offer beyond a shadow of a doubt.
